We bought a ski-in, ski-out condo at Iron Horse in 2005. Then the neighbors asked us to look after their places too, and two years later that was Winter Park Management.

“This place was great! Lots of space and the view is fantastic! Easy walk to the hot tub and pool! Everything was as it was described in the listing. We would stay here again!”
“Excellent! It was easy to locate, enter the parking garage, enter the condo. A spacious, and clean condo. It was less than a five minute walk to the park for the festival and walking distance to other amenities. We were pleased with being able to take and ride our e-bikes. Hope to stay there next year.”

“Our family visited Winter Park for our first Colorado ski adventure. This condo was in a perfect location right at the Gondola which allowed everyone regardless of skiing skills access to the mountain. The condo was gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Winter Park.”

“We purposefully stayed at the resort so we’d have easy access to lifts for my son’s MTB race. The gigantic hot tub was perfect. I was a little bummed that I missed that there wasn’t a gym onsite but everything else was great. It was my own error though after looking through so many listings.”
Winter Park is about 67 miles from downtown Denver, roughly 1 hour 40 minutes by car on I-70 and US-40 over Berthoud Pass, at 11,307 feet. In winter the Amtrak Winter Park Express runs from Denver Union Station to the resort base in about two hours.
